Rhodes Trust representatives Juan Sepúlveda and Simone Askew will discuss opportunities for humanities and social sciences students to study at Oxford University through this prestigious scholarship program.

Meet the Speakers:

Juan Sepúlveda serves as the District 8 Secretary for the Rhodes Trust and is the Ron Calgaard Distinguished Professor of Practice in Political Science at Trinity University. He is the third Latino ever awarded a Rhodes Scholarship.

Simone Askew is an Assistant American Secretary for the Rhodes Trust and a U.S. Army captain who made history as the first African American woman to serve as First Captain at West Point. She studied Refugee and Forced Migration Studies at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
