Heather Hrap is the senior vice president, Human Resources and Real Estate and Facilities Services for ConocoPhillips. In this capacity, she leads the global team of human resources professionals responsible for Compensation, Benefits, HR Shared Services, Talent Management and Health Services. She is also responsible for Real Estate and Facilities Services, which manages the company’s real estate portfolio.

Heather has more than 30 years of human resources experience in varied industries. Prior to joining ConocoPhillips in 2006, she served as human resources director, Global Information Technology and Legal for Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in her career, Heather held human resources roles with Fairchild Publications, Standard & Poor’s and Macy’s. Heather serves on the board of directors for Theatre Under The Stars and Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana.

Raised in Spring Lake, New Jersey, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Spanish from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. She has four children including a current University of Houston student (Go Coogs!). In her leisure time, she and her husband, Don, love to travel, explore and learn.
