The Division Cohesion strategic initiative focused on implementing staff communication strategies, strengthening staff connections within the division, investing in staff success, fostering collaborative divisional processes focused on common goals, and promoting and creating initiatives that support a healthy work/life balance.
Strategic Plan Sub-Tactics Completed

This graph displays the total number of strategic plan sub-tactics completed within the Division Cohesion Goal from 2019 to 2023. Over this time period, 131 division cohesion initiatives were completed. This goal focused on creating and fostering a cohesive division identity, culture, and community.

The number of students utilizing the Recovery Housing increased by 46% over the four-year period.

Outcomes: Allowed to relate better to today’s student experience, accounting for changes post-COVID and capturing a better picture of students' engagement with leadership, communication, diversity, community, and siblinghood.

Dollars supported over 200+ students by hosting Dream.US Scholarship Reception and Discussion and led Table Talks at the partners' breakfast at the St. Regis Hotel.
Outcome: Rewarded $12,000,000 to support DACA/undocumented students with tuition, books, and amenities.
