The University of Houston Division of Student Affairs is proud to share that Dr. Sara Jahansouz Wray, associate Dean of students, was recently featured in a new documentary about the Houston Recovery Center, produced by Empowered and hosted by Meg Ryan.

The Division of Student Affairs is pleased to announce that Dr. John K. Burk has joined the University of Houston as the new Director of Assessment and Planning. In this role, Dr. Burk will lead division-wide assessment, strategic planning, and continuous improvement efforts that support student success and data-informed decision-making.

As Assistant Director for training, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Cecilia’s exceptional organization, professionalism, and collaborative spirit have made a lasting impact on the department and the students it serves.
