Campus Kitchen Serves the Underserved
Honors students go beyond the classroom by running the UH Campus Kitchen. The project was featured on local ABC 13, highlighting 800-plus meals delivered to New Hope Housing, a low-income, permanent residence in the Third Ward.
The Campus Kitchen team recently won national recognition from the Clinton Foundation.
“Through our efforts and with the support of the Honors College, we’re building a Tier One culture of service and community engagement.”
