Administration of call center services to manage call routing in support of multiple University helpdesk services.

How To Request:

To request new service or report an issue, please go to https://uofh.sharepoint.com/sites/UIT/support/networkrequests/portal/; select “Unified Communications” and choose "Call Center Services (Genesys)" as the "Work Request Category" and the appropriate “Work Request Type”, and fill out a Work Order form.

Minimum Service Level:

Available 24/7 except maintenance window

Maintenance Windows:

Thursday 10 p.m. - Friday 6 a.m.
