Powered by IvyQuantum, Shasta delivers personalized assistance, answers frequently asked questions, and streamlines administrative workflows by handling routine inquiries. Already deployed in key student service offices, Shasta is expanding across campus to enhance efficiency, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making.
