Dan's passion for the restaurant industry blossomed during his tenure as a server at a Hilton hotel. He then dedicated five years to Pappas before transitioning to the Boston market, where he assumed the role of General Manager for three distinct restaurants.

Meanwhile, Jen's career within the Pappas organization spanned seven years before she ventured into the Oil & Gas Industry. Her remarkable journey in management enabled her to swiftly progress from an entry-level role to the position of Director of Sales.

Drawing from their extensive experience in the restaurant and service sectors, this dynamic couple now co-owns and manages The Crawfish Shack in Crosby, TX, where they continue to thrive and share their success.
