Francis Michael "Mike" Przestrzelski graduated from the Hilton College in December 1978, after having been the Food & Beverage Director at the Anderson Mayfair Hotel during his senior year of college. After graduation, Mike went to work at the River Oaks Country Club as Director of Purchasing. 

In 1982, Mike went to work at the International Trading Company as Purchasing Agent. During his 12 year career at ITC, he became the Director of Purchasing, Director of Sales & Marketing, and eventually Co-General Manager. In 1995, Mike moved to Denver to help manage the DPI Distribution Company.

In 2002, Mike became the founder and Managing Partner of United Sales & Services, a specialty retail and foodservice brokerage company.

In December of 2020, Mike moved back to Houston after selling the Colorado portion of his company to be closer to his children and grandchildren. Mike has been on the Hilton College Alumni Board for the past 6 years and has an endowment with the Hilton College.
