Career Highlights
Brings five years of industry experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, travel agencies, and event planning with a focus on systems optimization and customer service. Recipient of the Best Paper Award at the 28th Annual Graduate Education & Graduate Student Research Conference in Hospitality & Tourism in 2023. She has published research on risk perceptions of hotel guests amid health-related crises in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management; and retailers’ legitimacy through service quality dimensions during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Service Industries Journal. Conducts research on the economic impact of hospitality technology and corporate digital responsibility by applying big data and business analytics. Has worked as a research associate for educational grants, developing online courses on innovative data analytics. Currently teaches Hospitality Technology at the undergraduate level. Serves as the president of the Conrad N. Hilton College Doctoral Student Association.
