Career Highlights:
With approximately six years of industry experience, my career began at the front desk of a hotel in Italy, where I worked for over six months. Following this, I spent the next four years in the restaurant industry in Italy, starting as a hostess, cashier, and server, eventually being promoted to front-of-house manager.
Seeking to gain "American" work experience, I worked for four months with Spectrum Catering & Concessions and two months as a room attendant at the Conrad N. Hilton Hotel. These global work experiences will form the foundation for the courses I plan to teach in the future.
My research journey began during my undergraduate program, where I chose to complete a thesis. This initial experience ignited my passion for research and led me to seek further opportunities, collaborating with a faculty member during my master's degree.
This collaboration allowed me to evolve as a researcher, progressing from data collection to data analysis and eventually drafting manuscripts, resulting in multiple submissions and publications.
To further enhance my expertise, I am actively engaged in coursework and Udemy courses focused on statistics and methodologies, including:
  • 16-hour SPSS Pro: Analysis, Interpretation, and Write-Up
  • IBM SPSS AMOS Foundation Course: SEM Scratch to Advanced
  • Research Methodology Bootcamp: Research Methods Simplified
  • Mediation, Moderation, and Conditional Process Analysis
  • SPSS Amos - Test Models, Hypotheses, Validity
  • Microsoft Excel - Excel from Beginner to Advanced
Through these experiences and continuous learning, I have significantly developed my skills and knowledge as a researcher.
