Driving from North on IH 45

• Take the Elgin-Lockwood-Eastwood Transit Center Exit 44A. Stay in the left lane.
• Turn left at Elgin – 1st stoplight
• Go under the freeway
• Turn left at 2nd stoplight on to Spur 5
• Take Spur 5 to Wheeler Ave [2nd stoplight]
• Turn right onto Wheeler
• Cross light rail and go to Cullen Blvd [2nd stoplight]
• Turn right on to Cullen Blvd – go one block
• Turn right on to Cougar Place Drive
• At 1st stop sign, turn left into Lot 13A

NOTE: DO NOT park in RESERVED numbered spaces. Ungated 13A is metered parking; must pay.

Driving from 288 or South on IH 45

• Take 2nd UH-Exit / Spur 5 – Exit 44B
• Take Spur 5 to Wheeler Ave [2nd stoplight]
• Turn right onto Wheeler
• Cross light rail and go to Cullen Blvd [2nd stoplight]
• Turn right on to Cullen Blvd – go one block
