The Graduate School is pleased to announce the relaunch of the Dissertation Accelerator, now rebranded as the Thesis & Dissertation Writing Accelerator, which has been expanded to include master’s students currently working on a thesis. We are excited to once again collaborate with the UH Writing Center to host this event in person prior to spring 2025 courses.
The Thesis & Dissertation Writing Accelerator is an intensive writing event designed to help graduate students make significant writing progress on their research projects. This free program offers a structured schedule of writing, research, and support activities to help participants overcome procrastination, writer’s block, and other challenges associated with completing a thesis or dissertation.
Open exclusively to doctoral and now master’s students, this program requires a commitment to full participation. The comprehensive support offered during and beyond the four-day event aims to empower participants to meet and exceed their writing goals. Additionally, the Accelerator provides a focused and uninterrupted work environment at the UH Writing Center, fostering a highly productive setting conducive to academic success.
